Estonian Manor Association
Who are we?
The Estonian Manor Association as a non-profit association unites the owners of private manors and manor enthusiasts in Estonia. The Community was founded in 2003.
It has its own statutes and its own rules of procedure, flag and coat of arms.
Our partners are European Historic Houses, the Estonian Heritage Board, the Ministry of Culture, the Association of Estonian Manor Schools, the Estonian Council of Churches, the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church EELC, ICCOMOS Estonia, SA Virumaa Muuseumid (Round Table of Fortresses), the Estonian Association of Museums, the Estonian Open Air Museum’s Centre for Rural Architecture.
Objectives

Bringing together manor owners and manor lovers to preserve and develop local manor culture.

Safeguarding the historic, architectural and cultural environment by valuing the environment and the local community.

Organising cooperation between different partners in the preservation - restoration - development of the manor heritage.

Maintaining and developing cooperative relations with national and local authorities.

Cooperation with legal and natural persons with similar objectives at home and abroad.
